The pain of a broken relationship with your own child is something no one should ever have to endure alone. But guess what? God sees you. He feels your pain, your fear, your confusion, and your exhaustion. You are not responsible for his or her actions, choices and the consequences that come with those choices. As a mother, they affect you deeply. We are not meant to carry the burdens for them. We are to encourage them and pray for them. It is not easy to let go and give them to over to God so he can do his work in them. Prayer is not just about asking change \u2013 sometimes it’s about asking for strength to endure, wisdom to decide your next steps, and peace to guard your heart.
